Utilizing personal opinions on various issues like spirituality, time and space, and life as his point of departure combined with the playful imagination of a child, Jethro comes up with ambiguous scenes that seem to exist in the vast landscape of the free mind. The artist gives his viewers the total freedom of interpretation for them to be able to associate with his works in a more personal level. In effect, a sort of private universe spawns between the audience and the art worksan isolated space where the perils and worries of reality are temporarily discarded. He encourages them to float awhile and soul search in this extensive whimsical reality. Jethro Jocsons aims to elevate the viewers consciousness from mere robotic lumps of flesh into spiritually aware individuals.
